New customer here, recently bought the Absolute pack a week ago. I’ve tried to contact support email @lenofx twice via email but haven’t had a reply. I’ve also tried the chat but had no reply so a little disappointed with my first experience of customer support.I have watched the video which is on the website which shows how to install all of the products all at one using the installer.

However, I wondered if there was a way to manually install these separately? So I can just download and install the ones I want to use in Final Cut Pro?

I noticed the ones I downloaded are .dmg so wondered if I could just install the files into a relevant folder in FCP?

Also, a message came up asking to download Rosetta. Are these not compatible with Apple silicon Macs?
